Tour Our School

Our School Hours
The school day begins at 8:40 AM, at which time the instructional program begins. Car riders should be dropped
off only at the car ramp, which opens at 8:10 AM. Breakfast is served between 8:10 and 8:40 AM.

The school day ends at 3:41 PM. Car riders should be picked up only at the car ramp between 3:41 and 4:00 PM.

Our School Uniform Guidelines
The students uniform is Khaki Bottoms (pants, shorts, skort/skirt, or jumper), Hunter Green or Yellow Polo-style Shirt,
or Bayou Woods T-shirt or Sweatshirt. Please refer to the Parent/Student Handbook for details. *All uniforms
must comply with St.Tammany Parish School Board dress code.

Registration Guidelines
Registration is completed in the school office 9am - 12noon.
The following is required:

  • certified copy of birth certificate
  • social security card
  • immunization record
  • 3 proofs of residence (CLECO,etc.)

Students must be 5 years old before October 1 for Kindergarten
and 6 years old before October 1
for First Grade.

Gator Club
Before and After School Care
Bayou Woods will provide childcare before and after school for
your Little Gator.

Before care will open at 6:00am
After care begins at dismissal and will be provided until 6:00pm.

Cost: Before care is $25.00 per week or $5.00 per day
After care is $25.00 per week or $5.00 per day
